We reserve the right to make changes to our Terms & Conditions at any time without warning or prior notification. You should keep our Terms & Conditions in mind prior to making any purchases on our site.

As part of the order process, it is necessary for us to collect some personal information from you. This may include your name, address, phone numbers, email addresses and payment details. We may use your personal information:

ORDERS
Once your order has been placed, we will package and post your item to the address specified during purchase. Please understand that we cannot accept any responsibility or address mistakes. We can only ask that your double check your address before completing your payment.
When your order has been accepted you will receive an email stating we have accepted your order and it is now being processed. There will be an estimation of the time your order will take within the email, but this can change due to busy periods.
DAMAGED GOODS
At memorable melts and co, we check every product to ensure that the highest standards have been met on each item prior to dispatch. And they are packed with 100% care. Should you receive any item that you are not satisfied with, you must contact us within 48 hours. You may contact us via our email address [email protected]. We will discuss the options with you at the time of contact. When you contact us, please ensure that you provide your order reference number and contact details for you. Furthermore, please submit supporting evidence of any problems. Should your items be badly damaged, we recommend that you do not accept these from Royal Mail.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Your customer experience is very important to us, we aim to provide the best experience we can.
If for any reason you are not happy with your product, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of purchase if the product is in the original condition and packaging. Original condition being there are no marks, the product has not been opened, tampered with, used or damaged. If the product is not in the original packaging or is damaged in any way we are not obliged to refund or exchange any of your items. Custom orders are made person specific and can not be refunded unless your item has arrived faulty. If this is the case please email us at [email protected] and we will work to resolve the issue!
Unfortunately we do not accept refunds or exchanges on sale items.
We hope you understand and accept our policies. As a small business proof is needed to verify any claims and to protect ourselves. Of course we are happy to help resolve any genuine claims.
PAYMENTS
Payments can be made in many forms, all available payment options will be shown at the checkout. We currently do not accept apple pay but we will be looking into this. Order requests will only be accepted should the payment transaction be completed with full payment. Non-payments will result in order cancellation
DELIVERY
Due to busy periods any orders can take up to 10 working days to arrive. Custom orders can take longer but we do aim to make sure all orders arrive as soon as possible.
RIGHT TO SUSPEND OR CANCEL USER ACCOUNT
We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment.
